How This Site Handles Your Information
Issued: June 2026
This document explains what happens to your personal information when you use this website (the "Site") to read about Tower Rush by Galaxsys or to compare the casinos that offer it. What gets collected, why it gets collected, who might see it, how long it sticks around, and what control you have – all of that is addressed below.
Using the Site means accepting this approach. Two things worth establishing upfront. First: this only covers what happens on this Site. Once you click through to a casino platform, their own privacy policy takes over entirely, and we have no say in what it says or how it operates. Second: we hold no data about your gambling activity. What happens on casino platforms stays on casino platforms.
We have tried to make this readable. If anything remains genuinely unclear, the contact form exists so you can ask.
// Who Runs This
The operator of this Site is the data controller for everything processed here – the party responsible for deciding what gets collected and why. For any data-related question or formal rights request, use the contact form. We respond substantively within 30 days.
// What We Collect
What you give us directly. Filling in a contact form or subscribing to a newsletter means sharing your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
What gets captured automatically. Standard technology logs the following on every visit:
- IP address and the general region it maps to.
- Browser and operating system details.
- Device type – desktop, tablet, or phone.
- Which Tower Rush articles and casino comparison pages you visit, and for how long.
- What brought you here – a search result, an external link, or direct navigation.
- Timestamp of each visit.
None of that names you directly. In combination, some of it can qualify as personal data under applicable law, and we treat it with the same care regardless. We try not to over-collect: no account is needed to read anything here, and we will not ask for information we do not actually need.
Keeping Collection Minimal
We only collect what each function actually requires. No account is needed to read any Tower Rush content here. We don’t combine data from different sources to build inferences about you, and we don’t use device fingerprinting to track visitors across sessions once cookies are cleared or blocked.
// What We Do With It
- Keeping the Site working properly across devices.
- Working out which parts of our Tower Rush coverage – the Frozen Floor and Triple Build events, how the manual Cashout works, the RTP spread between configurations, our casino comparisons – readers actually find useful so we can improve it.
- Responding to contact messages.
- Sending newsletters to people who opted in.
- Detecting and limiting Site abuse.
- Crediting referrals when a click here leads to a casino registration.
- Complying with legal obligations that genuinely apply to us.
That is the full list, and none of it involves automated decisions about you with legal or significant personal consequences.
It is worth being clear about one thing: we hold no data about actual gambling sessions at any casino. The affiliate tracking mechanism records that a click originated on this Site. After that, your Tower Rush sessions, your balance, and every Cashout decision you make happen entirely on the casino’s systems. Commission reports that eventually come back through affiliate networks contain no personal data about you individually.
// Legal Basis
Running and improving the Site rests on legitimate interest. Non-essential cookies and newsletter emails rest on consent – withdrawable at any time without affecting prior processing. Responding to a contact message rests on contractual necessity. Anything law requires of us rests on legal obligation. Every third-party processor we use is bound by a written agreement requiring protections at least as strong as what we commit to here, and prohibiting them from using data for their own purposes.
We have assessed each type of processing against its appropriate legal basis rather than defaulting to consent for everything. Consent is the right basis where a genuine, freely given choice is available. It is not the right basis for basic Site operation, and framing it that way would be misleading about the nature of that processing.
Newsletter
If you’ve subscribed, your email is used for that purpose only. We don’t hand it to third parties for their own marketing, and we don’t use purchased contact lists. Every message has a working unsubscribe option, acted on immediately. New types of outbound communication get a fresh consent request rather than an assumed extension of existing permission.
// Who Else Sees It
We don’t sell data. Sharing only happens in these specific situations:
- analytics providers under their own data terms;
- casino affiliate systems, limited to the click-attribution data needed to confirm commissions;
- courts and regulators if legally required;
- and a future owner of the Site if it’s ever sold, under terms that maintain these protections.
Every processor is bound by a written agreement prohibiting them from using data for their own purposes.
// Data Crossing Borders
Some providers we rely on are based outside your country and may process data there. When that happens, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognized mechanism to maintain adequate protection regardless of where processing takes place. We review these provider relationships periodically rather than treating initial checks as permanent.
// How Long We Keep Things
- Analytics data via cookies: typically up to 26 months.
- Contact messages: kept while the inquiry is open, then deleted unless legally required to hold longer.
- Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Affiliate referral data: kept only long enough to confirm a commission, usually under 90 days.
Once data has served its purpose, we delete it or anonymize it. If information you’ve shared becomes outdated, let us know through the form and we’ll update it.
// Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to access the data we hold, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, or object to certain uses – including withdrawing consent at any time. You don’t need to explain why. Just tell us which right you want to invoke.
Submit a request through the contact form. We verify identity and respond within 30 days, generally at no cost. In the EU or UK, you can also escalate to your national supervisory authority – the ICO at ico.org.uk in the UK.
// Minors
This Site is not for anyone under 18. Tower Rush is real-money gambling with a manual Cashout mechanic, and the content here is adult in a genuine sense. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we’ll remove it promptly.
This restriction matters to us beyond the legal requirement. Tower Rush in particular – with its three bonus event types and the real-time pressure of manual Cashout decisions – is a game that warrants genuinely adult engagement. Age verification is something we take seriously at the Site level, not just as a formality.
// Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including limiting internal access to personal data. No online transmission is perfectly secure, but once data reaches us, appropriate protections are in place. We don’t use fingerprinting to track visitors across sessions when cookies are cleared.
If you become aware of any security concern relating to data we may hold about you, please contact us immediately through the form. We take these reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
// When You Leave This Site
This document stops applying the moment you navigate to a casino platform. Their privacy policy governs from there, and reviewing it before sharing any financial information is genuinely worth doing.
// Changes
We update this when our practices change, publishing the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after any update means accepting it.
// Contact
Any data-related question or request goes through the contact form. If something is still unclear after reading this, just ask.
